Job summary

Meineke Car Care Center of Worcester is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles in our busy, full-service shop. This on-site, full-time role requires reliable, efficient handling of brakes, suspension, engine performance, exhaust, and electrical systems, with attention to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with brakes, suspension, steering, engine performance, and general repair.
• Tire mounting, balancing, and alignment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Perform repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, engine performance, exhaust, cooling, and drivetrain systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid services, inspections, and tune-ups.
• Perform tire mounting, balancing, repairs, and rotations (Hunter Road Force experience preferred).
• Perform wheel alignments using Hunter Hawkeye equipment (ADAS calibration experience is a plus).
• Inspect vehicles and recommend needed repairs and maintenance.
• Accurately document inspections, repairs, and parts used.
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow manufacturer procedures, shop policies, and all safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
