Job summary

Meineke is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and overhaul vehicles with state-of-the-art tools. Walk-ins welcome as the business grows, and compensation is based on flat-rate production.

You will perform tune-ups, maintenance, and provide accurate estimates while delivering an exceptional customer experience. We welcome technicians of all skill levels, offer paid training, and growth opportunities in a locally owned Meineke shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ASE/technical degree preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with speed.
• Ability to learn new automotive technology and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles with accuracy.
• Perform routine tune-ups and maintenance tasks.
• Provide labor and time estimates for repairs.
• Inspect and test vehicles for required adjustments.
• Conduct multi-point inspections to spot further maintenance needs.
• Complete repairs efficiently; ensure customer vehicles are in top condition.
