Meineke Car Care Center of Worcester is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic to diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of vehicles in a full-service shop kept modern and well-equipped. This on-site, full-time role requires reliability, customer focus, and a commitment to quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with brakes, suspension, steering, engine performance, and general repair.
• Hybrid and EV service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Perform repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, engine performance, exhaust, cooling, and drivetrain systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid services, inspections, and tune-ups.
• Perform tire mounting, balancing, repairs, and rotations (Hunter Road Force experience preferred).
• Perform wheel alignments using Hunter Hawkeye equipment (ADAS calibration experience is a plus).
• Inspect vehicles and recommend needed repairs and maintenance.
• Accurately document inspections, repairs, and parts used.
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow manufacturer procedures, shop policies, and all safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
