Job summary

Eagle Auto & Fleet Service Center is seeking an experienced A/B/C-level Automotive Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of vehicles in a fast-paced shop.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive or diesel experience, owns a personal tool set, and may hold ASE A/B/C certification or equivalent. We offer paid training, a safety-focused environment, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of automotive and/or diesel mechanic experience.
• Must possess and maintain a personal set of tools for diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work.
• ASE certification (A/B/C) or equivalent experience preferred.
• Vocational/Technical degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics using advanced tools, electrical systems, and schematics.
• Repair and maintain engines, brakes, suspension, steering, transmission, and electrical components.
• Complete routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, inspections).
• Interpret technical manuals and ADAS data.
• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel, ignition, A/C, electrical, and computer systems.
• Use shop equipment (diagnostic machines, alignment systems, welding tools, etc.).
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, teammates, and customers regarding repair status and diagnoses.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology.
