Eagle Auto Fleet & Repair Center

Job Title: Automotive Technician

Location: On-Site

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $28-$35/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars and heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and buses.
  • Perform diagnostics using advanced tools, electrical systems, and schematics.
  • Repair and maintain vehicle systems including engines, brakes, suspension, steering, transmission, and electrical components.
  • Complete routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, inspections).
  • Interpret technical manuals and ADAS data.
  • Perform suspension work and diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel, ignition, A/C, electrical, and computer systems.
  • Use shop equipment (diagnostic machines, alignment systems, welding tools, etc.).
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work bay.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors, teammates, and customers regarding repair status and technical diagnoses.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of automotive and/or diesel mechanic experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple vehicle systems.
  • Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and buses is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with insurable record.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willing to complete a pre-employment drug test.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varying conditions.
  • ASE certification (A/B/C level) or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Vocational/Technical degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong attention to detail; team-oriented with professionalism and strong communication skills.
