Job summary

Carvana is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our expanding team. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, perform scheduled maintenance, and support factory recall campaigns. This role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience and ASE-certified skills.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver quality workmanship and safety for customers. A strong work ethic and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership or reputable independent shop.
• Familiarity with a wide range of vehicle makes and models is a plus.
• ASE certifications are highly preferred, with OEM training considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and factory recall campaigns with attention to detail.
• Communicate findings to Service Advisor and recommend additional repairs as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and adhere to dealership procedures.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts staff, and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing training.
