Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a team, and mentor technicians toward higher customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and ongoing training to stay ahead of automotive technology.

You will work in a fast-paced service environment with a focus on brakes, hydraulics, steering, and suspension, while advancing your ASE credentials and professional skills with company support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years automotive repair experience or completion of Vocational-Technical School Program.
• ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8 (L1 acceptable).
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brakes, hydraulics, electrical, exhaust).
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within two years of employment.
