Job summary

Carvana in Hudson, MA is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair vehicle systems, perform maintenance, and execute recalls in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.

You will document services, communicate findings to the Service Advisor, and work with parts and service teams to ensure quality work. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and stay current with automotive tech through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Automotive Technician experience in a dealership or reputable shop.
• Foundational knowledge of engines, brakes, and tires across multiple makes/models.
• ASE certifications preferred; OEM training is a plus.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues.
• Experience with diagnostic software and specialized tools.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and factory recall campaigns.
• Document services and communicate findings to Service Advisor.
• Collaborate with parts team and other technicians for workflows.
• Stay current with automotive tech through ongoing training.
