Markent Personnel, Inc. in Rochester Hills, MI seeks an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles with a focus on quality over speed.

The role offers growth from A‑Level Technician to Lead Technician, Shop Foreman, or Technical Manager as the business expands. We provide competitive pay, a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, PTO and holidays, health benefits with employer-paid premium, and a signing/retention bonus up to $5,000.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical abilities.
• A-Level / Master-level mechanical skills.
• Transmission experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Your own professional tools.
• ASE certifications are preferred, but proven ability matters more than certificates.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced vehicle diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
• Drivability concerns.
• Transmission diagnosis, repair, and replacement.
• Engine diagnosis and major mechanical repair.
• Complex repairs other technicians may not be equipped to handle.
• General A-Level automotive repair when needed.
