Hertz is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our high-energy maintenance team. You will perform diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicles stay on the road. This role includes a leadership component and a focus on quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on vehicle maintenance experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work well in a team while following safety standards. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years vehicle maintenance experience.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on vehicles as part of the maintenance team.
• Lead with product knowledge and uphold quality standards.
• Operate shop equipment such as lifts and alignment machines safely.
