Job summary

Acura of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, seeks an Experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose complex issues, perform repairs and maintenance, and document work to factory standards. This role requires a strong commitment to precision and customer service within a busy service bay.

The position offers competitive hourly pay, training opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with rotating Saturdays, plus potential productivity bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years automotive experience.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and perform maintenance on vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Good written and verbal communication in a professional manner.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screens.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, perform maintenance on vehicles as described on repair order in accordance with factory standards
• Clearly and accurately document all work performed
• Road test vehicles as required, or refer to the inspection technician as appropriate
• Attend and successfully complete factory training as required by manufacturer.
• Follow warranty material disposition procedures
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of customer vehicles and work areas
