Job summary

Grease-Monkey in Acworth, GA is seeking an Automotive Technician A to perform brakes, rotors, fluid exchanges, oil changes and more. You will diagnose problems, educate customers on preventive maintenance, and assist in training Technicians B and C. Maintain safety, document work, and test drive as needed.

This on-site role offers hourly pay plus a commission, with tools provided and a strict uniform and safety policy. Valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy parts required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience or training.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to communicate with customers and write routine notes.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs with efficiency and accuracy per repair order.
• Diagnoses vehicle problems and performs transmissions, brakes, A/C, and other services.
• Documents work performed, road tests when needed and keeps shop organized.
