Job summary

Grease Monkey International in Dunwoody, GA is seeking an Automotive Technician C to perform brakes, rotors, oil changes, and related services while educating customers on preventive maintenance.

You are paid an hourly rate and a commission percentage that is standard across the company, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship. Requires at least two years of related experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection.
• Examines vehicles to determine if further safety or service work is required.
• Documents all work performed and recommended; road tests vehicles as needed.
• Keeps the shop areas neat, clean and organized; maintains tools and manuals.
• Operates tools and equipment safely and reports safety issues to management.
