Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team to improve customer care and satisfaction. The role includes mentoring fellow technicians and achieving ASE certifications within two years.

The position offers a flat-rate pay model with regional variation, and requires valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles. Based in the US, with expectations to stay current through ongoing formal training.

Qualifications

• Lead and mentor technicians to improve customer care and satisfaction.
• Strong communication of technical information to non-technical people.
• Able to obtain/maintain ASE certifications in at least three A1–A8 within two years.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications including brakes, hydraulics, suspension, electrical and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanics.
• Stay current with automotive tech via continuous paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
