Job summary

DiMaggio Auto, a GreatWater Garage, in Monona, WI, is seeking an experienced Advanced-Skilled Automotive Technician to perform advanced inspections, diagnostics, and high-quality repairs that keep customers safe on the road.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive technician experience or a combination of experience and training to be an Automotive Technician.
• Possess required state and local certifications including a current and valid driver's license and a satisfactory MVR.
• Willingness to earn ASE certifications and work toward an A Level Technician preferred.
• Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced steering and suspension inspections and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair advanced brake and braking system issues.
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair.
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical systems.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to identify vehicle needs.
• Perform scheduled maintenance services and flush services.
• Perform tire service, rotations, repairs, and TPMS service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure accurate repairs and excellent customer service.
• Maintain a minimum of 75% labor productivity when comparing attendance hours to invoiced hours.
