Job summary

GreatWater 360 Auto Care in Portage, WI is seeking an Advanced-Skilled Automotive Technician. The role involves diagnosing complex issues, performing advanced steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and electrical repairs, and completing thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections.

A strong pay range reflects productivity and experience, with a stable shop environment. The position requires 3+ years of experience, ASE certifications A4–A7, and valid driver’s license/MVR.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years Automotive Technician experience or a combination of experience and training to be an Automotive Technician.
• Possess required state and local certifications to be able to legally perform the work, including a current and valid driver's license and a satisfactory MVR.
• ASE certifications listed above (A4, A5, A6, A7) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced steering and suspension inspections and repairs
• Diagnose and repair advanced brake and braking system issues
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical systems
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to identify vehicle needs
• Perform scheduled maintenance services and flush services
• Perform tire service, rotations, repairs, and TPMS service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure accurate repairs and customer service
• Maintain a minimum of 75% labor productivity compared to invoiced hours
