Job summary

Mastria Mazda in Raynham, MA seeks an experienced automotive technician to join our service team. This is a full-time, non-entry-level role requiring hands-on repair experience in a busy dealership environment.

You will diagnose, maintain and repair Mazda and other makes, perform diagnostics, complete maintenance and inspections, and communicate recommendations clearly with service advisors. We offer competitive pay, Mazda training, and strong opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• This is not an entry-level position.
• Dealership experience strongly preferred.
• Mazda or other manufacturer training/certifications a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Mazda and other vehicle makes and models.
• Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repairs.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and multi-point inspections.
• Identify necessary repairs and communicate recommendations clearly with service advisors.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Stay current on Mazda technical information, manufacturer updates, and service bulletins.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
