Steve's Point S in Utah is seeking an Automotive Technician Level 4 to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. You will work with technicians, service advisors, and management to ensure a high level of customer service and vehicle repair accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE Certification (Automotive Service Excellence) required.
• 6+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
• Extensive knowledge of engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex repairs with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic and repair services on a variety of vehicles, including engine diagnostics, transmission repairs, brakes, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify issues or needed repairs.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate repair timelines and potential additional services to service advisors and customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts, and services performed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in automotive repair.
