Job summary

Steve's Point S in High Point, NC is seeking an Automotive Technician Level 4 to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across a wide range of vehicles. You will work with other technicians and service staff to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 6+ years of experience, ASE certification, and strong knowledge of engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC systems. A valid license and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • ASE Certification (Automotive Service Excellence) or equivalent is required.
  • 6+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician with a focus on advanced diagnostics and repairs.
  • Extensive knowledge of engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and software.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions (indoors/outdoors, cold/hot environments).

  • Keep accurate records of all repairs, parts, and services performed on vehicles.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in automotive repair.

Job Summary

The Automotive Technician Level 4 is responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.
