Job summary

Porsche Cars North America (contracted through Corestaff) seeks an experienced Technical Trainer to lead training sessions for Porsche Center personnel and PCNA staff. You will develop curricula, ensure adherence to PCNA standards, and maintain training records across PALMS.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of hands‑on automotive experience, ASE L1, and strong presentation and communication skills, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree or Certificate in Automotive Technology.
• ASE Master Technician, incl. L1, preferred.
• Porsche ZPT Gold Technician preferred.
• 6–8 years automotive hands‑on experience, Porsche preferred.
• Experience conducting technical training sessions preferred.
• Experience developing training materials; CAD/animation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Technical Training classes per PCNA curriculum and standards.
• Represent Porsche core values and high professional standards.
• Develop and update curriculum reflecting latest information and tech.
• Maintain PALMS student data and training records.
• Assist in development and delivery of Certified Porsche Technician testing.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
