Porsche Center Fort Worth is seeking an Automotive Technical Trainer to lead hands-on workshops and classroom sessions for Porsche Center personnel and internal teams in Fort Worth, TX. The role combines diagnostics, repair knowledge, and teaching to elevate technician capabilities.
The ideal candidate has extensive automotive experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical training. Travel domestic and international is required.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Contract: 12 months with possible extension
Employment Status: Exempt; this position is not eligible for overtime

We are seeking an Automotive Technical Trainer to join a leading automotive organization in Fort Worth, TX. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to combine hands-on technical expertise, advanced vehicle knowledge, and classroom training while supporting Porsche Center personnel and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into effective, hands-on learning experiences.
Porsche experience is highly preferred, particularly candidates with Porsche technician experience or ZPT Gold Technician credentials.

This position works in both an automotive repair/training facility and office environment. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move 50+ pounds, as well as work around vehicle equipment, mechanical components, fumes, vibration, and elevated noise levels.
The position requires 2-3 days per week onsite in Fort Worth, TX, with periodic domestic and international travel.
