Apton, Inc. seeks an experienced Semiconductor Functional Safety Engineer to support planning, creation, validation, review, and release of functional safety work products for Motor Driver ICs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support assessments with Functional Safety Assessors under the direction of Systems Manager and Functional Safety Manager. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of semiconductor engineering and functional safety experience.
• Working knowledge of ISO 26262 and/or IEC 61508.

Responsabilidades

• Review functional safety requirements across automotive motor driver ICs.
• Plan, create, validate, and maintain safety work products and SAR/SRS/DFA/FMA/FMEDA.
• Drive and review IP safety analyses, traceability, and verification with cross-functional teams.
