Job summary

AISIN Texas in Cibolo, TX seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead Customer, Plant, and Supplier Quality in an automotive manufacturing environment. You will establish quality strategy, drive continuous improvement, and develop the QA organization with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include managing QA policies, supporting new product launches, containment, corrective actions, and audits. Requires leadership and knowledge of IATF 16949 and AIAG Core Tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of manufacturing experience with substantial quality assurance leadership.
• Minimum three years of leadership or management in machining and assembly environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage Quality Assurance Hoshin Kanri objectives, strategies, targets, and performance indicators.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA policies, procedures, standards, and systems.
• Lead quality activities for new product launches, SOP, and initial production control, including customer submissions and pilot production.
• Manage customer, supplier, and internal quality concerns, containment, root cause investigation, corrective actions, and verification.
• Maintain mass-production and field quality performance and continuous improvement.
