Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field.
• PM/PMO experience in automotive or complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and automotive launch processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple automotive vehicle programs from concept through production launch and post-launch support.
• Organize cross-functional project teams and develop integrated schedules and milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and leadership regarding program status and decisions.
• Monitor project performance: cost, timing, quality, profitability, launch readiness.
• Coordinate supplier and vendor activities and track deliverables.
• Drive program reviews, launch readiness, and change management during the lifecycle.
