Dana Incorporated seeks a Manufacturing Launch Engineer to lead the development and optimization of automotive stamping and heat shield manufacturing processes. You will drive lean initiatives, mentor engineers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective launches that meet safety and quality standards.

You will develop and deploy standard processes, SBOPs, and capital strategies while aligning with Dana safety standards and global program requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing/engineering roles.
• Progressive die stamping, metal forming and coating process experience.
• Multi-layer heat shield manufacturing experience preferred.
• Statistics understanding related to manufacturing/assembly.
• Low and high-volume production experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• Lead cross-functional projects using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to achieve performance improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to integrate new products and technologies.
