Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily tasks and priorities of manufacturing engineers.
• Lead lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical assistance to resolve process issues.
• Oversee engineering support for new product introductions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement training plans for engineers.
• Lead expansion of traceability and MES capabilities.
