Job summary

Dana is a global leader in engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies. Dana is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and improve production workflows, layouts, and equipment utilization to boost efficiency and reduce waste.

You will provide technical on-floor support, apply Lean and Six Sigma to drive improvements and cost savings, collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to integrate new products, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong data-analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve production workflows, layouts, and equipment utilization.
• Provide technical on-floor support for process issues and quality concerns.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and other methods to drive improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to integrate new products.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation including work instructions and process changes.
