Job summary

Kocourek Subaru seeks an Automotive Parts Manager to lead and develop the parts department, balancing daily operations with growth initiatives. You will build strong relationships with technicians, service advisors, vendors, and customers to keep the department organized, profitable, and guest-focused.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership parts management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of parts operations, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the parts department team to drive performance and customer service.
• Oversee daily parts operations including inventory, purchasing, stocking, returns, pricing, invoicing, and control.
• Develop and manage department budgets, monitor profitability, expenses, and inventory performance.
• Partner with Service Management to ensure parts availability and timely fulfillment for service, wholesale, and retail customers.
