Kocourek Toyota is seeking an Automotive Parts Manager to lead our parts department, balancing daily operations with growth initiatives. You will manage inventory, purchasing, pricing, and vendor relations while ensuring exceptional guest service and profitability.

Ideal candidates have dealership parts leadership experience and a track record of coaching teams, improving processes, and driving department financial performance in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous automotive dealership parts management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts operations, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of department financials, gross profit, and inventory management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Experience with Toyota parts operations and dealership systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the parts department team.
• Oversee all daily parts department operations including inventory, purchasing, stocking, and returns.
• Monitor department profitability, gross profit, expenses, and inventory performance; manage budgets.
• Partner with Service and customers to ensure timely and accurate parts fulfillment; grow wholesale and retail parts sales.
