Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a highly creative Senior Lighting Designer for our Dearborn design studios. You will work on Advanced and Production lighting projects, developing both conceptual and production lighting solutions through sketches, renderings, and 3D digital models.

The role requires 4+ years of automotive lighting design experience, the ability to translate customer needs and global trends into compelling visions, and strong collaboration with Engineering and Suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or similar.
• 4+ years automotive or transportation design experience with lighting conceptual design and final product execution.
• Ability to interpret customer needs and global trends into lighting design visions.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with Engineering, Suppliers and other partners.
