Aeris Communications Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for its Automotive Practice in Auburn Hills, MI.

You will serve as the primary technical resource for OEM opportunities, driving discovery, architecture designs, and technical demonstrations to translate customer needs into implementable Aeris solutions. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery to ensure fast, credible technical engagements and seamless handoffs during deployment,

Qualifications

Ability to lead customer-facing technical discussions with confidence.
Strong solution design and systems integration skills.
Experience creating technical proposals, demonstrations, and architecture documentation.
Translate customer requirements into implementable technical solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions, demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities for OEMs.
Develop relationships with customer technical teams and communicate platform capabilities clearly.
Translate requirements into solution architectures, designs, proposals, and implementation guidance.
