Responsibilities

  • Schedules preventative maintenance inspections and reviews results, monitors repairs, and conducts vehicle audits.
  • Analyzes equipment failures to determine root causes and coordinates repairs.
  • Maintains adequate inventory levels of parts and tires to support processes.
  • Adheres to purchasing limits, expense approval procedures, and disposal guidelines.
  • Reviews and approves automotive expenses.
  • Determines employee training needs to develop the team.
  • Conducts performance evaluations and resolves performance issues.
