Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Sr. Digital Modeler to join the Digital Creation team in Torrance, CA. The role focuses on producing Class-A surfaces and high-quality digital models using Autodesk Alias, translating design sketches into accurate 3D volumes onsite.

You will collaborate across design and engineering teams to realize design intent, rapidly iterate models, and set standards for surfacing quality and workflow efficiency in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Alias with expert-level NURBS modeling.
• Ability to create complex, high-quality surfaces quickly and consistently.
• Strong understanding of automotive surfacing principles and production feasibility.
• Experience with rapid sketch modeling and concept development.
• Experience creating Class-A surfaces with surface continuity and curvature control.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality digital models using Autodesk Alias from sketches and themes.

As a Sr. Digital Modeler, you will be part of the Digital Creation department supporting the design and development teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional surfacing expertise, outstanding design judgment, and industry-leading execution speed, which will align successfully in the organization.
