Responsibilities

• Diagnoses vehicles according to appropriate certifications/experience.
• Performs work per Multi-point Inspection and Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Explains diagnoses and needed repairs to customers or managers.
• Recommends services to keep vehicles in running condition and documents recommendations.
• Follows safety procedures and reports concerns to supervisor.
• Maintains ASE certifications and renewals as needed.
