MSX International’s Engineering Garage Services (EGS) program is seeking a Master Diagnostic Specialist on-site at Hyundai Motor America in Fountain Valley, CA. You will diagnose complex vehicle issues, mentor technicians, and partner with engineers to drive improvements in repair procedures and vehicle readiness.

You will work with dealerships and engineering teams to analyze data, identify root causes, and help shape diagnostic methodologies while ensuring safety and quality; wages are hourly,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE Certification preferred but not required.
• 3–5+ years of dealership technician or bumper-to-bumper repair experience.
• DMS experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve challenging vehicle concerns.
• Serve as advisor to dealerships and technical support teams.
• Analyze diagnostic sessions, vehicle data, and repair trends.
• Coach and mentor technicians on advanced diagnostic strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers, field teams, and stakeholders to improve vehicle performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and repair efficiency.
• Support the successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and diagnostic methodologies.
• Verify published labor times are accurate.
