Milex Mr. Transmission in Bradenton is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles. The role offers a clean, organized shop with up-to-date equipment and a family-oriented environment.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with no weekends. After probation, benefits include paid time off, 401(k) with matching, and yearly bonuses based on performance. Employees receive discounts on parts and opportunities to work on personal vehicles during off time.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 5 years experience in automotive repair facility.
• Be able to work Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
• Must have valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical diagnostics.
• Experience in domestic and import vehicles (early and late model).
• Excellent follow-up & organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Capable of assuming responsibility.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Proper Diagnoses of vehicles.
• Removal, installation, and servicing of components.
• Provide accurate parts and materials list for repairs.
• Inspect and test vehicles for necessary repairs.
