Mr. Transmission/Milex Complete Auto Care of Bradenton, FL is seeking an Automotive Technician to accurately diagnose repairs and complete them within allotted time.

Our shop is clean, organized, and updated with the latest equipment, and we are a locally owned family-operated business. The role offers a structured weekday schedule (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) with no weekends, paid time off, 401(k) matching after 1 year, and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE A MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIANCE IN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR FACILITY
• Be able to work Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
• Must have valid driver license and clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of electrical diagnostics
• Experience in domestic and import vehicles (both early and late model)
• Excellent follow-up & organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Capable of assuming responsibility
• Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Proper Diagnoses of vehicles
• Removal, installation, and servicing of components
• Provide accurate parts and materials list for repairs
• Inspect and test vehicles for necessary repairs
