Qualifications

• Franchise retail automotive dealership Controller experience, minimum of 5 years.
• Superior analytical ability and critical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaborative and communicative skills with team members.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong time management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in DMS Software & Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree; CPA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and transmit timely monthly financial statements per dealership guidelines.
• Manage month-end close process and objectives.
• Interpret and communicate financial statements and daily operating results.
• Maintain internal controls and supervise accounting staff.
• Forecast and manage budgeting processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Business Office team.
