Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Senior Ad Manager who will shape advertising strategies for a group of their Charlotte-area dealerships. You will manage day-to-day campaigns, optimize spend, and coordinate with corporate leadership to align with OEM guidelines and regional goals.

The role requires strong project management, analytical thinking, and relationship-building to drive lead generation and improve dealership performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with advertising strategies and lead generation for multiple dealerships.
• Strong analytical and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Owns day-to-day advertising strategy for assigned Hendrick dealerships.
• Manages budgets, performance, and spend efficiencies across channels.
• Oversees website performance, UX, and merchandising for dealerships.
• Ensures compliance with OEM standards, legal requirements, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborates with store leadership and executive team to meet goals and optimize results.
• Travels quarterly to support dealership operations and market understanding.
