Sligo Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Automation Tester in Albany, NY, to join an urgent client project. The role focuses on validating the UI Job Assist Tool, API endpoints, and Java microservices, with emphasis on data integrity and secure data exchange.

You will design and execute functional, integration, API, and end-to-end tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to performance and security testing in a regulated environment. Onsite work is required.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in software testing and quality assurance across enterprise web applications and distributed systems.
• Experience executing automated and manual tests to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity.
• Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman/SoapUI/JMeter) and backend data validation using SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute functional and integration test scenarios for the AI-enabled UI Job Assist Tool.
• Test REST APIs and Java microservices used to exchange data between the UI system and the Job Assist Tool.
• Perform MCP validation including server/client interactions, tool invocation, and error handling.
