Job summary

Accenture Flex employees are onsite in the local metro area on projects, delivering automated testing solutions for clients in a hybrid model. The role emphasizes hands-on test automation, SQL testing, and collaboration across Agile teams.

The position requires 5+ years in test engineering, experience with Selenium/Playwright, and familiarity with Litmus, Jira, and Micro Focus Octane. Expect onsite days and a clear compensation framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Software Test Engineering / Quality Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Minimum 5 years' experience hands-on experience with SQL Testing.
• Associate's Degree or greater.
• Good Communication and Leadership skillset.
• Experience in Litmus.
• Banking Finance domain knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Proven expertise in automation testing and strong foundation beyond manual testing.
• Test Automation Expertise: hands-on with Selenium, Playwright.
• Litmus: CI/CD experience.
• Database Skills: solid SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira and Micro Focus Octane for test management.
• Must be able to work as an individual contributor as well as team player.
• Onsite 3 days per week with the client in Jersey City, NJ; 5 days away per quarter mandated by client.
