Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer to drive automation strategies and deliver high‑quality solutions for clients. You will leverage Selenium and Playwright to build reliable test suites, work with SQL data validation, and operate within Agile teams to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in QA, 5+ years with automation tools, and are comfortable working onsite part of the week and remotely part of the week in the US.

• 5+ years hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven expertise in automation testing (not limited to recent exposure,; should have a strong foundation and consistent experience beyond manual testing.
• Test Automation Expertise: hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright
• Litmus: Cl/CD Experience
• Database Skills: Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Jira and Micro Focus Octane for test management
• Must be able to work as an individual contributor as well as team player.

Client requires people to work onsite 60% (3 days) and 40% remotely (2 days) per week. Also, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7 Plus Years of work experience. Software Test Engineering Quality Engineering,
• 5 Plus Years hands on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright
• 5 Plus Years hands on experience with SQL Testing.
• Minimum High school/ GED diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good Communication and Leadership skillset
• Experience in Litmus
• Banking Finance domain knowledge and experience will be considered a strong advantage

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
