Job summary

Enable Injections, Inc. seeks an experienced Automation Technician III for the 3rd shift to support manufacturing operations onsite in Cincinnati.

The role focuses on installing, diagnosing, and maintaining automated assembly equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLC/HMI controls, reading electrical schematics, and collaborating with engineers to improve machine performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with technical certificate required.
• Minimum 6+ years in automated assembly with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures equipment is set up and operates in a safe manner.
• Performs diagnostic troubleshooting on assembly automation equipment.
• Makes mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic repairs to automation equipment.
• Independently performs equipment failure analysis, repairs, and preventative maintenance on robotic and automated equipment.
• Communicates daily assembly issues to direct Supervisor and escalation when needed.
• Keeps documentation compliant and up-to-date for each piece of equipment.
