Job summary
Advanced Integration Technology is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support large-scale automated aerospace assembly systems. You will be involved across the entire project lifecycle—from design to production support—focusing on control system configuration, servo motion, sensors, and GUI development.
Expect intense collaboration with mechanical and electrical teams and direct customer interaction. You will program in C/C++/C# for Windows, work with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC
Qualifications
- B.S. in software, electrical, computer, mechanical engineering or related field; 5+ years experience or 3 years with Master’s.
- Five+ years programming in C/C++/C#; Windows environment programming.
- 3+ years experience in Siemens Scripting / PLC programming (TIA-Step 7) or equivalent / WinCC Advanced / WinCC OA / WinCC Flex or Allen Bradley scripting.
- Advanced knowledge of network administration and PROFINET/EthernetIP configuration.
- Industrial automation hardware control system knowledge; wiring, schematics, troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Participate in full software development lifecycle from specification to debugging.
- Work on projects combining software and hardware.
- Program in Siemens and Allen Bradley ecosystems; configure networks.
- Develop C/C++/C# applications for Windows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with customers.
- Lead tasks and estimate hours for development work.
