You will design, develop, and scale automated assay workflows across mass spectrometry, chromatography, bioassay, electrophoresis, and ELISA. The role requires 6+ years of experience in analytical development and automation, strong scripting in Python/R/VBA, and hands-on work with automated liquid handling systems such as Hamilton/Venus, Andrew+/OneLab.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Life Science and 6+ years of industry experience in analytical development, automation, and QC method lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on expertise with automated liquid handling platforms and associated software.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, R, or VBA) for data analysis and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize automated assay workflows across modern laboratory platforms.
• Lead investigations into automated method performance and support verification activities.
• Transfer automated workflows to QC and partner functions with training materials and acceptance criteria.
• Engage cross-functional collaborators and vendors to evaluate new technologies for QC applications.
• Prepare scientific reports, automation procedures, and SOPs; communicate findings and risks to management.
