Job summary
Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking a Senior Engineer Automation Quality to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for highly complex projects within a collaborative software development lifecycle. This role will design and maintain automation frameworks, mentor engineers, and contribute to automation best practices, CI/CD integration, training, and innovation efforts.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead automated test execution, and stay current with trends
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of testing experience with 2-4 years in automation testing.
- Strong proficiency in core Java programming concepts.
- Experience with API automation using Karate.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Lead execution of automated test cases and interpret results.
- Identify, document, and manage defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality throughout the SDLC.
