Job summary

Anchor Free, a fast-growing technology company headquartered in Silicon Valley, is seeking a rock star QA Engineer with automation experience. You will join the QA team to improve product stability and drive the automation strategy, working with the platform team to test infrastructure components and diagnose issues.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QA experience, strong Java automation (TestNG, JUnit) and scripting (Python/Perl/Ruby), plus familiarity with Linux, Windows and Mac

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience.
• Experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac environments.
• Strong Java automation (TestNG, JUnit) and scripting (Unix shell, Perl, Ruby, Python).
• Knowledge of IP/TCP/UDP/HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, VPN or proxies.
• Familiarity with bug tracking, version control, and test-case management.
• Selenium RC experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop and maintain automation tests per requirements.
• Analyze test results, localize and report issues.
• Create and maintain automated reporting systems.
• Contribute to Agile development processes and identify risks in design.
• Increase test coverage across components.
• Research and evaluate new testing techniques and tools.
• Perform manual ad-hoc testing when needed.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
