Job summary

Steven Douglas Corp (SDC) is seeking a Project Manager to guide large multi-cell automation projects from kickoff to closeout, acting as the liaison between client and SDC teams to ensure delivery on budget and schedule.

The successful candidate will bring exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to build strong client relationships while coordinating with sales, engineering, and build teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree; a technical degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing projects; experience with custom automation or other technical industries is a plus.
• Experience identifying needs, assigning roles and responsibilities, and managing teams to meet project deliverables.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact between client and SDC team.
• Lead interdepartmental teams to complete projects on time and budget.
• Communicate scope, schedule, and costs across stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the project plan.
• Collaborate with engineering to evaluate risks and mitigation plans.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment.
• Share lessons learned with the PM team.
