Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in automation, engineering, or similar technical environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering and automation projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and forecasts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability.
• Lead project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes and engineering change notices as required.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management tools, processes, and best practices.
