Job summary

You will align automation strategy, deployment, and production system integration, evaluate opportunities, lead supplier engagement, develop ROIs, and standardize technology architectures across STL and future facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience developing automation strategies and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to justify capital investments with ROI.
• Knowledge of automated material handling and warehouse automation.

Responsibilities

• Own STL automation roadmap and deployment across production cells.
• Evaluate opportunities across machining, assembly, testing, and material movement.
• Lead supplier engagement and equipment selection.
• Develop business cases and implementation plans for automation investments.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to align with production flow.
